Student Sexual Harassment Policy

It is the policy of the San Lorenzo Unified School District to prohibit any form of sexual harassment of students whether verbal, physical or visual. Sexual harassment may include but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, repeated derogatory sexist remarks, and other verbal, visual, or physical contact of a sexual nature directed toward a student by another student or by a District employee. The District has adopted administrative procedures for filing sexual harassment complaints. A copy of these procedures may be obtained at the Principal's office and at the Office of the Superintendent.
