I have been teaching for 28 years in the San Lorenzo Unified School District. I have spent most of my time teaching Kindergarten where I find my greatest joy seeing them bloom over the year.  When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my husband and Dakota my black Labrador.  I also row competitively in a 2000 pound whale boat in the Bay Area.

Cal State Hayward (now Cal State East Bay)
I received my BA at Cal State Hayward in Liberal Arts. Then the following year, I received my Teaching Credential at Cal State Hayward also.

District Tools I Use

Attendance  
I take attendance using Aeries. You can stay on top of attendance through the Aeries Family Portal or Aeries App.

Report Cards: 
I use Aeries to generate report cards. Families can view report cards through the Aeries Family Portal.

Sangha
I will be using Sangha to communicate with families this year, and I will let families know how to use it once I become familiar with it.

Other Tools I Use
Weekly Newsletter: I will be sending home a weekly Newsletter which will provide information about what we are doing in the classroom, important dates and any other important information that is pertinent to our classroom.
